At Wicked Cushions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your ear pads aren't a perfect fit or you've changed your mind, we offer a 365-day return and exchange window for all our products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Cushions

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
